Monday Madness

Mondays are always crazy here it seems!!  I find myself often times overwhelmed as I am planning out my week and thinking of all that needs to be done.  Completing every one's laundry in one day means that I have to stay on top of the piles of laundry and keep the washing machine and dryer going!!!  Funny though, I think as I get older I enjoy doing laundry more.  My Grandma Gretchen loves to do laundry.  I don't know if it may be having the laundry completed (clean clothes put away)that I enjoy more, though, than actually washing, folding, etc!!  As I looked at all the clothes (mostly jean skirts) hanging on the line, I wondered how much more laundry I would have with 2 more little bodies here?!

To make our day even crazier, I decided it was finally time to accept fall is right around the corner!!  I took down my summer decor and added some of my fall decor into our home.  This is a little of what fall looks like around our home.

  

I am still working on the pictures for the fireplace.  Cyrus is the only one who has his school picture back.  The girls haven't even had them done at their school, but I was kinda hopeful that Eden and Bereket could have theirs done as well as Bella!!  We'll see...  Next, comes the candles!!  I love candles. 

I am thankful today for:

a quiet ride to school with the girls this morning
beautiful day which permitted me to hang laundry outside on the line
Bella's long nap (she really needed it!)
a hymn that came to mind this AM, which has encouraged me today.  (Wait on the Lord, with confidence and patience!!)

I know this isn't much, but I haven't given it as much thought as the past days!!
