I had hoped Bella would wake up early and be so excited she would just bounce out of bed and get dressed quickly and be animated as she talks about going to school.... well, not so!! Even after getting the younger kids in bed EARLY, Bella still had a hard time getting out of bed and even griped about her clothes!! UGHH! Then, after finally getting to the table for breakfast, it took her a very long time to finish her breakfast, even as Mom was giving her the countdown of time!! After she finally finished her breakfast, her glass cup fell off her plate, sending it shattering to many pieces on the floor. She then started crying because she felt bad. I told her it was not a big deal and I would have to clean it up later. Then, I was able to stop the kids a minute for some quick pictures outside. We finally got in the truck to head to school and everyone calmed a bit more. That's when I asked Bella, "Bella, are you excited now for school?!" She kinda shrugged her shoulders and said, "It depends... if it's fun!" The little stinker!!
Eden definitely has been worrying her self about the change, going back, missing her mom (she says), etc! She was also worried about getting excited. It is such a mirage of emotions for her!! Anyway, I picked Bella up from school at 12 noon and took her into town for an appointment. She was happy and excited about school, but not over the edge, which was fun to see as well. I thought, "No matter what, Bella is just herself!!" Love this girl and I am really going to miss not having her at home!!! It will be good for Bereket, though, to have a lot of Mommy time!
