Hair Post

For our whirlwind weekend I wanted to have Eden's hair done in a beautiful, protective style but I wanted to try something a little different.  On Friday night we had wash night instead of Saturday night and then I went ahead and styled her hair the same night (I gave it a little while to dry out some) instead of waiting for the next morning rush.   I was very happy I did it the night before!!  This is what I came up with!  I get many of my ideas from hair blogs (usually Chocolate Hair, Vanilla Care or Beads, Braids, and Beyond)!

As you see, I didn't braid all the way down in the back, or even all the
way to the side.

This made for a fun side ponytail and the front braids looked neat side swept.

On Monday I decided to finish braiding ALL her hair for a COMPLETE protective hair style.  My new beader broke (don't know if I was being too hard on it or it was not a very good one!) so we didn't do beads, but I think her braids in the back would have been too big for them anyway!

 

This picture ended up being a really cool picture.  I took it on the white, bright
cement and then intstagramed it!

Who can resist these 2 sweeties!!  In the meantime, little brother is off and running!
