Football Season

This time of the year we find ourselves deep into football with Cyrus.  It seems like it takes up all of his time.  We rarely see him.  Like I have said before, I worry he will get taken up in it and forget what is most important.  Sports will all end after high school and while it is enjoyable for him now, it won't take him far.  However, we have seen benefits for him with football. 
He is not one by nature to push himself  much and so this has been good for him because there are a LOT of boys on his varsity team!  He was hoping very much to be able to start but he has had to settle for less and that is tough for him. 

This week his team had the opportunity to play at the Autzen Stadium in Eugene, where the Ducks play!  It is a very cool stadium!!  We made it into a family fun weekend and it was very enjoyable!!
