Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday, the 20th, was also my Dad's birthday. I had baked him a German chocolate cake and froze the 3 layers so all I had to do was make the frosting and put it together!  We also had some of Cade's family with us for our Sunday Easter dinner.  Sherry enjoys putting together Easter baskets for the kids and having an egg hunt.  I don't know why, but I feel less and less tolerable for the whole Easter thing each year.  Call me the Grinch!

It was another busy and full day partying!!  My kids were still holding up pretty well, thanks to the diligent nap times!!  That afternoon / evening the horses were out again and Crystal and I took a nice hike up the hill!!
