July 7th

Sunday... after the fourth!  Almost 90 people (mostly young kids) were gathered together for quiet fellowship in some shade outside since we couldn't fit everyone in our home!  It made for a very touching, super special time together.  It was the highlight for me!!  Wouldn't trade it for anything, even the preparations it takes for that many to gather together!!!  

I am disappointed that too often I let expectations get in the way of my enjoyment!  I truly had hoped for a family picture like we had last year but my kids started going in too many directions too fast before I got the picture!!  I am secretly planning on another Fourth of July family picture setting (next Sunday)!  (smile)  

I the meantime, I am glad my big helper persisted we get a couple anyway! She got this one of Lil Bear!  Isn't it precious?!!  He is so proud of his Sunday ties (just like Daddy and big brother!!)
