Transplanted

We were living in Palo Alto at a cottage while Kohlie was doing treatment and we enjoyed our space very much there.  We had such a cozy, little spot that opened up perfectly for our family to occupy for our time down there to stay locally so we could be close to the hospital.  When it was time to move out of our space there, it was hard to say "good-bye."

Here are some pictures I found of the backyard / pool area by the cottage.

That is the "cottage" we stayed in.  It is really a pool house.

This picture was taken on our moving / packing day.

This is the living area all packed up!

Crystal was there to help us pack up!  That little
house made it back to our place!

Treva and Kohlie with their arrangements
of flowers they picked in the backyard.

Behind the girls is where I transplanted the plant
 and brought to our house!

Cyrus and Kohlie!

These pictures were taken Sunday on our last day
to the cottage to say our last "good-byes!"
The area in front of that fence is where the plant
came from that I brought home.

Auntie Crystal and Kohlie!  LOVE Kohlie's smile and short hair!

Happy girl!

Katreese with Auntie's sunglasses on!  You
can see behind Katreese where the
 main house was (our neighbors!)

I had to share this one of Kohlie at the hospital
for a check-up with her mask on and Auntie's
sunglasses on as well!  How I
miss this sweet girl and her smile!

This is the plant that I transplanted from the Bay Area
to our place and it is actually thriving!

And blooming!  I don't know what it is!
  Anyone else know?!
It has been special to have something to remember our place and time there in Palo Alto.  A piece of our hearts will always be there because of the time we had there, even if it was not always easy times.  We still made many memories there!!!

There she is. :) I remember that house, too, even though I never visited it.
