Since I don't have much time to reflect on our trip to IA, I will post some of my pictures! My mom is here with us which I am so very grateful for!!!!! We are hoping if all works out as we expect, Mom can stay with the kids and Dad will fly out to help as well and then Cade and I will be able to fly back to Ethiopia in a couple of weeks to bring Bereket home!! It is hard to even type the words, since nothing is for sure, as we have been reminded before!!

Fun times make for great memories and that was for sure this Christmas in Iowa for Eden's first Christmas in America.

Enjoyed your pics! =) We hope with you as you look to get Bereket. We were just with a family that has adopted twins-a boy and a girl- that are almost 3 and a 7 yr old girl all from Somalia. Reminded me a bit of you guys. =)
So fun for all of us, Ang! We enjoyed every little bit of kids coming "home" to both places!! Was great to be together again! :) We'll be thinking of you all and following along with the events of the next weeks! Hugs! AB

Fun seeing all your trip pix & hearing how Eden's first American Xmas and time w/ 'new' family went. Sure hope that all goes smoothly from here on out for Bereket's long-awaited arrival.
