Yesterday I received a FB message from Nina, who is in ET right now with her husband while they are waiting to see if they pass court for their twin babies!! Their babies happen to be at the same orphanage as Bereket!!!! Nina surprised me & completely made my day by sending me photos of Bereket!!! Oh, they are the sweetest!! The problem is, I asked her why she is NOT posting pictures of their babies!!! (their blog is Chasing After Love - on my blog list). I found out that it is against the law to post pictures of your adopted kids before you pass court (our first trip to ET) & they "officially" become ours!! (Big whoops!!) With this news, I sadly announce that I will not be able to post any pictures of Eden & Bereket on this blog until after we pass court, BUT if you e-mail me privately, I can send you pictures via e-mail and like any proud momma, would love to do so!!
Nina sent me a couple pictures of Bereket smiling by himself & 4 pictures of him with a nanny, whom she says really loves Bereket. She also told me that Bereket is the sweetest thing ever!! She said that he smiles so much & laughs a lot!! It is neat to hear from another adoptive parent that is there at Enat Alem (orphange) that the caregivers love the children there so much & they are great!!!! Thanks for that assurance, Nina!!
