Three Years Ago

It is truly hard to believe that three years have gone by and much water has passed under the bridge since we passed court here in America!!

I have found that the time in court left a very significant mark on me. Time and time again, I remember the vows we took before the judge and before God to raise these kids as our own.  There was no way to know what we would face and go through with these two.....

It was a happy day!

 There is no going back on those words for me.  It has always been important to me to live according to my words and even though I had no idea of the challenges and difficulties we would face, I have not and won't forget that pledge we made most importantly, to God, but before family as well!
