Snowy Day

After last week's spring-like temperatures (it was in the 60s on Saturday)we were brought back to reality.  "It is still winter," I thought as we watched the snow flakes fall on Tuesday morning over the snow blanketed earth and mountains!  While snow usually just represents COLD to me, which makes me shiver, I found myself watching the snow flakes fall magnificently and magically from the sky!  Maybe it is because it is really the first snow that this season that has lasted on the ground for over a couple of hours during the day.

However, I found it magnificent was in awe by the beauty.  I thought of our Creator.  Ecc. 3:11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time;"

Some of you have wondered how we are.  Well, we are having seemingly strange, peacful days around here at the moment.  Once again, sometimes I wonder if it is the lull before the storm!  No matter, I will take it and enjoy it.

We had to pull out the snow clothes.  Eden took hers to school so she could play outside in the snow during recess and Bella and Bereket lasted for, uhh.... maybe a total of 10 minutes outside!(smile)
