Baskteball

This sport called basketball is what has kept me so very busy lately.  Treva had her last game on Thursday of last week and Katreese's last game was the week before!!  I am proud of both my girls and their growth, challenges, and how they faced them through basketball.  Many weeks I had three games to attend and then the other nights were practice.  This week is the first now that we have not had anything to attend during the school week nights...!

I sigh a breath of relief even though the ending is bittersweet for my girls.  More for Treva than Katreese.  Treva has her heart set on attending AAU which would start soon.  Mom and Dad are still not sure...  Such hard decisions we face as our kids get older!  Treva truly thrives on athletic output yet there are other things to consider, as well as Spring popping around the corner!!

A glimpse from the season below:
Treva was a team captain

Treva, #14

I think it was reto day, with all their bringht head bands

One day Bella and Lil Bear were my side kicks!
Bella was pretty excited about it!

Treva is the #14 blur

This was Treva's last game in Anderson and she was a team
 captain (wasn't quite quick enough!)

Don' t know what it is about the tongues?!!

Extra fun to have Sacramento cousins with us!

Katreese

I didn't ever actually get my canon to the games so most of these are low quality of the ones I took.  Thanks to others who took for me!!  Usually my hands were full with snacks, books, and little activities for the younger kids.  I did take pity on them after watching so many games, especially for Lil Bear!!  It was actually quite funny to watch the younger three just sit down and immediately makes themselves comfortable on the bleachers and start looking at books, practically oblivious to the game and other people!!  Eden had her fair share of time to do homework at the practices and games too!
